A new neighbourhood in the heart of Farringdon

An Address Like No Other

Two zone 1 postcodes - WC1 and EC1 - are being united to create a unique new central neighbourhood.

Unfolding in four phases on a 6-acre site, Postmark will be home to a collection of 681 new homes, over 20,000 sq.ft of commercial space and new public spaces that covers over 50% of the site.

Phase one, WC1, is now over 90% sold with the final 3-bedroom apartments available to move in winter 2020.

The second phase, Signature Place, will introduce a further 109 apartments and a state-of-the-art wellness centre to Postmark, with first completions expected Q3 2022.
