We intend to make buying, moving and living in one of our homes as easy and enjoyable as possible, and to do this we have developed the Taylor Wimpey Customer Journey. The Customer Journey is a standard set of procedures designed to make sure all customers have the best possible experience, from reserving their home right through to aftercare once the purchase is completed. This includes regular meetings with the site manager and sales staff before and after they move into their new home, as well as customer service contact details and manuals and information about all items in the home.
We are proud to achieve a consistently high ranking with the Home Builders Federation star ratings for customer satisfaction, and all our homes come with a two year Taylor Wimpey warranty and 10 years Buildmark cover from the National House Building Council.
